    Couldn't have been Easier

    Would like to say a big thank you for the way Richard made the transaction so easy and pleasant. From start to finish no pressure I was left to browse in my own time and when ready he was very knowledgeable about the car. Sale completed in 24 hours, car was immaculate as were all the others on the forecourt, will certainly recommend you and will return there for my next car. A 1st class A1111111 deal, thanks again.

    Great start but no help when you need them.

    Great experience when buying Dan doesn't pressure you and allows you time to make your descision. Only had the car 3 months however and broken down twice. During one particular time on way to visit Santa with two young children the engine packed in. As it was stressful and had two very upset young children we called the RAC who towed me to the nearest garage to fix. As this was an extremley stressful situation it didn't occur to me to ring Hollins hill. I spoke to Hollins hill and as I hadn't used them they would only cover 40% of the cost even though the car was under warranty. I sadly think its a case of great service at point of sale but if something goes wong they will throw and quote every rule, regulation and excuse at you not to pay the full amount. Overall good service to begin with but just don't expect any empathy or understanding if something goeas wrong business is business to them.

    Hi Andrew, Thank you for taking your time to share your thoughts. As mentioned in our email conversation I'm very sorry that you'd had a couple of issues with the car in the past, but it is worthy of mention that this morning was the first time you'd made us aware of this, should we have known before it would have afforded us the opportunity to book you in to the garage to diagnose the car accordingly, and of course stand the cost of any repair work. As you rightly mention both in your review and your email you did not afford us an opportunity to look at the car that you bought from us, opting instead to take it to a garage only 2 miles down the road from our location. As such we were only prepared to pay what the repairs would have cost us, this is not unreasonable. We pride ourselves on our customer service, both at point of sale and afterwards, I just wish you gave us the chance to prove how good we are. Cheers, Dan Jones
